Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026
Jelly Fit: Block Puzzle (the "Game") is published by LittleBigBrain ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Game and our service providers collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. This policy applies to the iOS (Apple App Store) version of the Game. By using the Game you acknowledge this policy.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is LittleBigBrain. Contact: htnadevapp@hotmail.com.
2. Information we collect
a) Stored only on your device. Game progress: cleared levels, stars, coins, hints/undos, sound setting, daily-reward streak, and whether you bought "Remove Ads". It is not sent to our servers. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data deletes it.
b) Collected automatically by third-party SDKs (advertising and, if enabled, analytics/crash reporting):
- advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking) and other device identifiers
- IP address and approximate location derived from it (country / region / city — not precise GPS)
- device and app information: model, OS version, language, time zone, app version, battery/network type, screen size
- ad interaction data: ads requested, shown, clicked or closed, rewarded-ad completion, and fraud-prevention signals
- diagnostic and crash data (if enabled)
c) Purchases. Payments are processed by Apple. We never see or store your payment card details. We only receive confirmation that a purchase succeeded, its product and a transaction identifier.
d) If you contact us. We receive your email address and the content of your message.
We do not ask you to create an account, and the Game does not collect your name, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, precise location or health data.
3. How we use information and our legal bases
- Provide the Game — save progress, restore purchases, unlock features (performance of a contract).
- Show advertising and limit how often you see it, measure ad performance and prevent fraud (our legitimate interests; and consent where the law requires it, e.g. personalised ads in the EEA/UK).
- Improve and secure the Game — fix crashes, balance difficulty (legitimate interests).
- Support and legal compliance — answer your requests and meet legal obligations.
4. Who we share information with
We share the data described in section 2(b) with the ad and service providers that make the Game work. Current providers: Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX. These providers act as independent controllers or as our processors and handle data under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a merger or sale of the Game. We do not sell your information for money.
Some ad-related sharing may count as a "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising under US state laws (e.g. California). See section 7 for how to opt out.
5. Advertising choices
- Consent. Where required (EEA, UK, Switzerland and some other regions) you will be asked for consent before personalised ads or tracking. You can change your choice at any time in the consent / privacy options provided by our ad provider, or by reinstalling the Game.
- iOS. Tracking across other companies' apps requires your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change it in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Turning personalisation off does not remove ads; the ads you see will just be less relevant.
6. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age in your country, e.g. 16 in parts of the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, contact us at htnadevapp@hotmail.com and we will delete it and stop related processing.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (EEA/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA and other US state laws, Brazil LGPD and similar laws) you may have the right to: know what we hold, access or receive a copy, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information or targeted advertising, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Because we hold no account or server-side profile about you, most data sits on your device (delete it by clearing the Game's data or uninstalling) or with our ad/analytics partners. To exercise a right, email htnadevapp@hotmail.com and we will act on it or direct you to the right provider. We respond within the time required by law (generally 30–45 days). We will never treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
8. Retention
Local game data stays on your device until you delete it. Data held by our providers is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then deleted or anonymised.
9. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
10. Security
We and our providers use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version, available any time in Settings → Privacy Policy. Material changes will be highlighted in the Game or on the store page.
