Terms of Use

Effective date: October 15, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and LittleBigBrain ("we", "us") for the iOS app Jelly Fit: Block Puzzle (the "Game"), including updates. By downloading, installing or playing the Game you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.

1. Licence

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for private non-commercial entertainment, and subject to the usage rules of your app store (Apple Media Services Terms). All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). If you are below the age of majority, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms and to any purchase.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, extract assets from, or create derivative works of the Game
• cheat, use bots, hacks, emulators for unfair advantage, or tamper with saved data or purchase status
• sell, rent, lease, share or sub-licence the Game or any in-game item
• abuse purchases or ads (e.g. fraudulent refunds, chargebacks, click fraud, automated ad viewing)
• use the Game in violation of any law or to harm others or our systems

4. Virtual items and purchases

• Coins, hints, undos and "Remove Ads" ("Virtual Items") are digital content licensed to you, not sold. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and exist only inside the Game.
• All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment and refund policies. Except where the law or Apple gives you a right of refund or withdrawal, purchases are final and Virtual Items are not refundable once granted. To request a refund, contact Apple.
• "Remove Ads" removes the ad breaks shown between levels. Rewarded videos stay optional and available to earn extras. You can restore the purchase on the same Apple ID.
• Prices, taxes and currency are shown by the App Store. We may change prices and the amount of Virtual Items given at any time for future purchases.
• If you uninstall the Game, lose your device or clear data without a backup, local progress and unused Virtual Items may be lost.

5. Advertising

The Game is free thanks to advertising. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content or the products they promote. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice. Our handling of ad data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party terms

The Game may use third-party services (the App Store, ad networks). Their own terms apply to your use of those services. You must comply with applicable third-party terms, e.g. the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

7. Updates, support and availability

We may release updates, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Game at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We provide support at htnadevapp@hotmail.com but are not obliged to provide any specific maintenance.

8. Intellectual property

The Game, including its name, artwork, levels, sounds, code and design, is owned by LittleBigBrain or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. No rights are transferred to you except the licence in section 1.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will never be lost.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LittleBigBrain and its affiliates, licensors and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 10 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or removes mandatory consumer rights in your country.

11. Termination

Your licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms. We may block access to the Game for abuse or fraud. You can stop at any time by uninstalling the Game. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live still apply to you.

13. Apple App Store users — additional terms

• Acknowledgement. These Terms are between you and LittleBigBrain only, not Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the Game and its content.
• Scope of licence. The licence is limited to use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the Usage Rules.
• Maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the Game.
• Warranty. If the Game fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the Game; any other claims, losses or costs are our responsibility.
• Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Game or your use of it, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer-protection claims.
• Intellectual property. If a third party claims the Game infringes its intellectual-property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of the claim.
• Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated a "terrorist-supporting" country, and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Developer contact. Questions, complaints or claims: LittleBigBrain, htnadevapp@hotmail.com.
• Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, Apple may enforce them against you.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always available in Settings → Terms of Use. Continuing to use the Game after an update means you accept the new Terms.
